Resin Patios

Resin-bound is fast becoming the go to surface for patios in the UK. Resin is a stylish, durable and permeable outdoor surfacing solution. With its seemless design, it’s perfect for both the elderly and disabled persons because it is completely flat with no trip hazards. Because it is porous, it won’t suffer from puddles or flooding, even in severe weather. 

Another useful benefit of using resin as your patio surface is that they’re virtually maintainance free and do not need any special cleaning products. They are also resistant to staining including oil. 

Maintenance free

Unlike tarmac or block paving, resin is completely maintenance free. Just the odd sweep of those leaves and it’s back to new again.

Anti-slip surface

Resin is a great choice for the elderley or for persons who need walking assistance. Non-slip and completely flat surface.

Block Paving Patios

We install two types of block paving, modern and aged effect (Tumble Paving). The modern blocks are as you will find in many of the DIY outlets such as B&Q, Wickes etc.

But we also fit what is known as Tumble Paving. This is another type of block paving, but it has an aged effect so is ideal for character properties such as cottages, large homes and mansions etc. In general, new homes tend to have modern block paving, whilst older properties tend to have the Tumble paving. 

Maintenance free

Block Paving is low maintenance. Should there be any issues, it can be quickly resolved by lifting and replacing the individual blocks.

Block paving can improve the kerb appeal of your home, which has a positive impact on the value of your property. 

Colours

Block paving is available in a great choice of colours. Individual blocks can be used to create features, borders and entrance patterns.

We work seamlessly with our clients to devise a specification. This includes a site survey, design, borders, drainage and colours schemes for your chosen resin driveway.

Install

After initial design, we’ll begin to remove all inert material and prepare a high quality base. We’re a team that works exceptionally hard, clean, tidy and prompt.

Completion

Typically, we allow 7 days to complete a project. This does however depend on size and materials. Some tarmac driveways can be completed in a couple of days. It really depends on your existing driveway and requirements. 

Tarmac is our most popular driveway material, because it is quick and low maintenance. If you already have a tarmac or block paving driveway and you wish to replace it, resin is then our most popular.
